Fees

Fees payable by a client to Faircourt Asset Management Inc. with respect to a portfolio are
based on the value of assets in the account, measured at month end, and billed and payable
monthly in arrears. Fees are negotiated based on a percentage of assets under management,
detailed in each client’s investment management agreement with us. Fees are subject to HST.
